Properties: White crystals, Soluble in water, ethanol and acetic acid. Highly hygroscopic, moisture in wet air.

Application: Used as antiseptic and fungicide. Generate free propionate in the acidic environment, which has antibacterial property.so the lower the pH the better the  effect is.  Have special effect on inhibitting the production of aflatoxin and various types of fungi, gram-negative bacilli but liitle on yeast,and have good effect when used for anti-rotten and anti-caking of grain.                                                                                         Feed and grain use compound of propionic acid and ammonium as preservative .

  

Dosage: Its antibacterial ability is affected by the pH value of the environment. The MIC is 0.01% at  pH5.0 while 0.5%at pH6.5.

  

Packaging: Net weight:25kg,paper-plastic bag or woven bag lined with PE bag,can also be customized according to customer’requirements of packaging.

  

Storage: Stored in cool, dry and ventilated place. Must not be loaded and transported with toxic, hazardous and polluting substances.
