Properties: White or colorless crystal, strong bactericidal or bacteriostatic effect on bacteria, fungi, yeasts and other microorganisms. The anti-corrosion effect is better than that of sodium benzoate .
Standard: JECFA (1997)
Application: Preservative, mildew and inhibitor of bread microbial viscous fluid; EEC approves it used in dairy, bakery products, puddings and processing of cheese.
Dosage: Refer to the amount of potassium sorbate.
Packaging: Net weight: 25kg, paper-plastic bag or woven bag lined with PE bag,can also be customized according to customer’s requirements of packaging.
