Properties: White particles, flakes or crystalline powder. Odorless, soluble in water and ethanol.

Application: 1. Used as food preservative and antimicrobial agent mainly for artificial butter, wine .
2. Used as preservative, antimicrobial agent in food industry.
3. Analytical reagent. Can also be used as tweet agent of fireworks material.
